We currently operate exclusively in the Thunder Bay area. However, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll see if we can accommodate your location.
We charge an hourly rate per cleaner. Before we start cleaning, we'll visit your place to estimate how long it will take based on the size of your property, the type of cleaning needed, and how deep the cleaning should be. We don't have hidden fees, so you only pay for the services you request.
At Lavender and Luxe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with our cleaning, we can offer a free re-cleaning or give you a full refund.
You don't need to be home while we clean. Many of our customers choose to have their places cleaned when they're out. We're a trusted service, and our team is trained to clean efficiently and professionally whether you're there or not. However, if you prefer to be home during the cleaning, we can certainly accommodate that.
At Lavender and Luxe Cleaning Services, we take the security of your property very seriously. All our cleaners undergo thorough background checks and are carefully trained to follow strict security protocols. We ensure that doors and windows are locked before leaving and that no personal items are moved or disturbed unnecessarily. Additionally, we only access your property with your permission and maintain clear communication about arrival and departure times.
Absolutely! One of the unique aspects of our service is our flexibility. We tailor our cleaning to your specific needs rather than just following a checklist. Please feel free to share any instructions, and we'll gladly accommodate them within our safety and quality framework.
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation policy. To manage our resources properly, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. However, if it is an emergency, please call us or send an SMS to our hotline, simply mentioning that it is an emergency and you need to cancel or reschedule the session. We will cancel or reschedule the cleaning session with zero cancellation fee, respecting your emergency.
